Job description:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Achieve an expectation of at least 50 quality conversations.

• Generate leads and set up appointments for our Sales team

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions

• Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions

• Meet daily and weekly call quotas

Requirements

• Any degree is accepted, preferably a background in design

• 2 to 5 years of experience in telecalling or customer support industry sector

• Excellent fluency in English and Tamil is required.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
