Besides business operations, Schindler India has its own Corporate R&D Centre, Elevator and Escalator Factory and Shared Service Centre to support India operations, which is in-fact one of the fastest growing market now globally.Join us as aSr. Vice President – NI Fulfilment & Large ProjectsDescriptionEstablish and maintain close collaboration with the global fulfilment department to support in assuring that the best methods, processes and tools will be developed by Schindler Group.Validating them in India and providing the best in class fulfilment process, methods, standards and tools to the branches for all NI/MOD elevator product lines and fulfilment businesses (large project and volume business) in line with the strategies and guidelines of Schindler.Driving installation safety and fulfilment efficiency into the local organisation by setting clear targets and KPIs.Roles & Responsability:Partner with “Head Field Operations”, MD and Technical Head to define the country level fulfilment strategy to achieve targets in fulfilment, safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.Representing the country specific market needs at global fulfilment level to assure that corresponding requests will be incorporated into new development of Large Projects /New Installation /Modernization Fulfillment processes methods & tools.Support the country Field Operations to achieve the fulfilment targets by applying the adequate methods, processes and tools but also by setting & tracking the corresponding KPI.Hold responsibility that branches apply most effective and efficient planning and use of tools and resources in the LP/NI/MOD Fulfillment. – Establishing actions to close capacity gaps on country level.Assure and plan the overall human capital readiness including training and certification to guarantee a safe and professional project execution with customer delight in alignment with Group Fulfillment guidelines. (for (large project and volume business).Manage LP/NI/MOD methods & tools to grant safety, top quality, and cost-effective NI/MOD project execution.Coordinate and Ensure that the Group Fulfillment processes (TREX /FF+), and key initiatives get thoroughly implemented and maintained by assuring that all involved stakeholders are well trained.Lead Fulfilment and delivery of Large Infrastructure and high-rise projects PAN India in close coordination with the project team and manage customer exectations.Collaborate in the Budgeting Process regarding efficiency targets.Conduct operational analysis of results and deviations (Country and Branch level) and establish actions to close variances.Perform pre/post gap analysis and assist the Branches in taking appropriate corrective actions (incl. process training).Liaise with customers, contractors, engineers, and managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout project phases, resolving conflicts and facilitating alignment of expectations and objectives.Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge, and ensuring continuous professional development.Actively manage, develop and coach staff to meet objectives with quality, productivity, efficiency and customer orientationQualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics) MBA preferredProfessional Experience : Desired experience in leading installation of volume business and large projects for overall 12 – 15 years and preferably 3 years in E&E industry.Skills / Competencies :Desired E&E industry knowledgeOrganization and planningSchindler Leadership Framework behavioursEstablishing strategic directionBuilding and coaching teamsProject ManagementWhat’s in it for you?
