  • Proven experience with Statistical Analysis (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in Lead Generation (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing and sales strategies.
  • Capability to handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) business models.
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Development.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster business retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized business proposals and strategies.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to measure and optimize the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed business reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the IT Staffing Augmentation and Software Testing Lab divisions to leverage cross-divisional opportunities.
