Job description: Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (FMCG)Location: Raipur
Experience: 0 to 4 years
Salary Range: ₹13,000 to ₹17,000 per monthKey Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:Identify potential customers and retailers in the FMCG sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and wholesalers.
Meet sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Generate leads, schedule meetings, and close deals with clients.Marketing & Promotion:Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Promote the brand and products through various marketing channels, including social media, trade shows, and retail outlets.
Execute in-store promotions and sampling activities to increase brand visibility and sales.Customer Relationship Management:Address customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.Reporting & Analysis:Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.Coordination:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
Work closely with distributors, vendors, and other stakeholders to streamline the supply chain process.Desired Skills & Qualifications:Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Familiarity with the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
