Job description: The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for DG Gensets and SRT Projects. We are looking for professionals with 5-7 years of experience in the DG or Capital Goods/Equipment industry. The ideal candidates will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for DG Gensets and SRT Projects.Identify and engage with potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Distributed Energys offerings.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support andProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of DG Gensets and SRT Projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel as required.
