Job description: ConvergePoint is currently looking for a Product Delivery Manager at ConvergePoint, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software products are delivered efficiently on time, and within budget. You will utilize your agile training and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams through the complete project lifecycle, maintaining full transparency of dependencies, risks, and priorities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery: Manage day-to-day operations of software delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet predefined standards and budget constraints.Agile Leadership: Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Maintain an atmosphere that fosters continuous improvement.Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is always working on the highest impact tasks and that all items are clearly defined and understood.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of software developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.Collaboration with Stakeholders: Actively interact with business analysts and the product owner in the US to ensure alignment and integration of business needs and product features.Budget and Time Management: Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and proactively managing changes.Issue Resolution: Proactively uncover and resolve blockers and challenges that may impede team progress.Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing protocols and peer code reviews.Communication: Maintain effective communication across all levels of the project team and stakeholders in the US to ensure alignment and visibility.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies early, managing and mitigating them efficiently to avoid impact on delivery.RequirementsJob QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile project management certification.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management within a software development environment.Proven experience managing SaaS product deliveries is highly desirable.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Strong communication, English written skills and interpersonal skills.
