The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of polymer processing and recycling technologies, with a proven track record in managing production teams and optimizing processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality recycled polymers and contributing to our sustainability goals.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management:Lead and mentor a team of production managers, engineers, and technicians.Develop and implement production strategies to achieve operational goals and enhance efficiency.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the production team.Production Oversight:Oversee all aspects of polymer production, including material handling, extrusion, molding, and quality control. Ensure production targets are met while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.Implement best practices for optimizing production processes and minimizing waste.Process Optimization:Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Lead initiatives for process enhancements, cost reduction, and productivity increases.Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and techniques.Quality Assurance:Develop and enforce quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality recycled polymers.
