The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining safety standards, and managing the plant workforce efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily plant operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate and monitor production processes to meet daily targets.
Manage and train plant staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and adherence to company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure availability of materials.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Maintain records of production, equipment maintenance, and employee performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the plant.Qualifications and Skills:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
