• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Private Placements, Job Fairs, and Recruitment Advertising.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Relations.
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with companies and candidates for private placements.
• Organize job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
• Create and implement effective recruitment advertising strategies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through CRM.
• Manage client relations to ensure successful placements.
