1. Review ongoing processes within the operations team, identify bottlenecks, and suggest immediate improvementsInventory and Supply Chain Management:
1. Track inventory levels daily, ensuring that all records are up to date
2. Communicate with suppliers to confirm order statuses and delivery schedules, updating relevant teams on any changesFinancial Data Entry:
1. Enter daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expenses, into the accounting software
2. Reconcile daily transactions to ensure all data is accurate and consistent with recordsVendor and Client Communication:
1. Assist in managing communications with vendors and clients, responding to inquiries and following up on pending issues
2. Ensure all vendor invoices are processed for payment and follow up on any overdue accounts receivableAdministrative Support:
1. Handle routine administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining documentation
2. Ensure that all records are accurately maintained and easily accessible to team membersLearning and Professional Development:
1. Allocate time each day for self-learning, focusing on topics related to operations management and accounting
