In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating captivating social media content, editing and post-producing e-learning materials, and overseeing all aspects of video production and post-production work. You’ll work closely with our dynamic team to bring our educational vision to life through stunning visuals and engaging content.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and e-learning modules.

• Ensure all video content is engaging, informative, and aligns with our educational objectives.

• Manage video projects from concept to completion, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production.

Post-Production for E-Learning Content

• Edit and enhance e-learning videos, adding animations, graphics, and effects to create an immersive learning experience.

• Collaborate with the instructional design team to ensure videos support and enhance the educational content.

• Ensure all multimedia content is consistent with our brand guidelines and quality standards.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with various teams, including marketing, instructional design, and learning & development, to understand project requirements and deliver top-notch multimedia content.

• Provide creative input and ideas for new multimedia projects and campaigns.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative content solutions.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

• Prior experience in multimedia production, either through internships, freelance work, or personal projects.

• Familiarity with social media content creation and marketing.

• Experience with e-learning content production and instructional design principles.

• A deep passion for multimedia production and visual storytelling.

• Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and animation.

• Proficiency with multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a knack for visual aesthetics.
