Job description: About the internshipSelected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Legal Research: Conduct research on legal issues relevant to the fintech industry, including regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and emerging legal trends.
2. Contract Review: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and revising contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
3. Compliance Support: Help ensure company practices comply with applicable laws and regulations by supporting compliance-related tasks and documentation.
4. Document Preparation: Prepare legal memoranda, reports, and other documentation as required by the legal team.
5. Case Management: Assist with case management and legal proceedings, including organizing files and preparing case summaries.
6.
