Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Manage incoming inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Maintain and update sales records and reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
0 to 4 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
