Job description: About part time job/internshipSelected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in talent acquisition by supporting the HR team with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
2. Post job openings by drafting and posting advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
3. Coordinate interviews by scheduling and arranging meetings between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
4. Maintain the candidate database by updating and managing records to ensure accuracy and currency of information.
5. Conduct initial screenings through phone or virtual assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
6.
