  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill) – Experience or knowledge in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates effectively.
  • Onboarding (Mandatory skill) – Ability to conduct onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires.
  • Employee Relations (Mandatory skill) – Skills in managing employee relations to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • HR Policies – Understanding and working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Data Entry – Proficient in entering and managing data accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and candidates.
  • Microsoft Office – Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to Detail – High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all HR-related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR data is up-to-date and accurately entered.
  • Help to address employee queries and facilitate effective communication within the organization.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and meetings.
  • Provide support in performance management activities, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
