You will oversee and manage the residential units’ day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security. Your patience and ability to ride a two-wheeler are also essential for this position.Job Duties

• Supervise and manage residential facilities.
• Ensure the security and safety of residents.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of residential units.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors/vendors.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the upkeep of properties.
• Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Budgeting and Financial Management.
• To maintain stock of all items as per sheet.
• To manage purchases of groceries & all other items for house.
• To manage the work sheet of the servants.
• To see servants do and complete all the works as per SOP.
• Make list of things required in making of house.
• If worked in hotel industry as a housekeeping supervisor than much better.
• Seeing the things being done in house making.

Required QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: At least 5 years experience of similar job profile or housekeeping supervisor in a 5-star hotel or Hospitality.Knowledge

• Different types of residential care facilities.
• Knowledge of residents’ emotional and social needs and medical care.
• Knowledge of risk management.
