Job description: About part time job/internshipSelected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Preparing accurate and timely financial statements.
2. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Maintaining and reconciling ledger accounts.
4. Ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Processing and managing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
6. Ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
7. Regularly reconciling bank statements.
8. Identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
9. Preparing and issuing invoices to clients.
10. Tracking and following up on outstanding invoices.
11. Assisting in processing payroll for employees.
12. Ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and other payroll-related activities.
13. Maintaining and organizing financial records systematically.
14.
