We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Lead to spread the growth and success of our security software distribution network. The ideal candidate will have a strong security software background, particularly within the distribution sector. Experience with VMS & Command-and-Control software is a significant plus. The Channel Partner Lead will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment between our distribution strategies and the evolving needs of our partners and the market.Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key partners in the security software industry.
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities to broaden our market reach.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and execute go-to-market strategies that drive mutual growth and success.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand partner needs and deliver customized security solutions.
  • Oversee the distribution and integration of security software products within partner networks.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging security threats, and overall market dynamics.
  • Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on partnership activities and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, networking principles, and IP protocols.
  • Proven experience in a partner management role.
  • Strong understanding of security systems, including their applications and technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or sector is advantageous.
