Build strong relationships with students and parents to understand their unique learning needs. Match students with appropriate tutors based on their individual requirements. Create customized educational packages for every student. Utilize CRM tools for lead management and sales streamlining proficiently. Remain consistent in meeting the monthly sales targets as set by the organization.Enhance sales pitches and strategies to contribute to overall sales performance.Collaborate with tutors and the academic team to maintain high customer satisfaction as well as pristine service qualityExperience

• 1-3 years of experience
• In-office is a must (Chennai)
• Good English Communication- Dealing with International Clients (UK/US/ME)
• Attention to detail.
