Job description: About the internshipSelected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Prepare teasers, pitch books, and information memorandums to present investment opportunities to potential investors, buyers, partners, and funding institutions
2. Develop and maintain financial models to analyze companies and transactions
3. Conduct market research and industry analysis to stay current on trends and valuations
4. Coordinate with clients to gather necessary data for transactions
5. Assist senior professionals with transaction origination, credit analysis, and distribution with private equity, NBFC, and banking partners
6.
