Location: Raipur
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1 to 3 yearsKey Responsibilities:Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
Payroll Management: Assist in processing payroll, including calculating deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related activities.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial analysis to support decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring they are within budget and properly accounted for.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory records, reconciling physical stock with accounting records.Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks), MS Excel, and other financial tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and issues.
