The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and managerial skills to oversee the financial activities and administrative operations of the company.Key Responsibilities:Accounting:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial record-keeping.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely billing and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Management:Supervise and manage the accounting team and other administrative staff.
Oversee office operations and maintain efficient workflows.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting financial plans.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.Administrative Duties:Maintain and update company records, including employee records, contracts, and other documentation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in HR-related activities, such as payroll processing and employee attendance tracking.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and management.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
