Job description: Key Deliverables Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales & distribution activities to ensure revenue & sales objectives for the Zone Drive Gross additions, Quality sales metrics, Base management & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions Manage the portfolio of higher denomination recharges and other products like Airtel Money, Airtel TV etc. Review distribution health & take necessary actions to drive width & depth of distribution Provide regular assessment, devise & implement activities to upgrade sales competence in the zone and mentor the Sales team Drive cross-functional teams through planning, tracking and reviews to ensure Revenue Earning Customers and Net Revenue for the zone Coordinate and plan with the network team to ensure seamless network connectivity for the customers Skills Required An good understanding of sales channels Ability to collaborate and work with large teams Ability to ensure excellence in execution Consultation, facilitation and selling skills Enterprising and Entrepreneurial skills Teamwork and collaboration Educational Qualifications PGDBM/MBA Work Experience 8 – 10 years of work experience – 5 years in Telco Sales / FMCG or related industry Team Managerial experience and must have led a sales/ marketing/ product group
