Job description: We are looking for Executive – Export Sales for a highly professional mfg. Plant in Parwanoo (HP) Education Qualification: B.Tech (Preferably)/ B.Com/ B.Sc. Work Experience: 2-5 years, must have relevant prior experience in sales management Skills required: 1. Knowledge and experience of working at SAP. 2. Advance knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word 3. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels 5. Excellent organizational skills 6. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation Job Description: 1. To assist Sales front end team in day-to-day follow ups regarding various ongoing topics. 2. Regular on time communication with the customers/accounts. 3. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. 4. To track delivery dates closely for NPDs, publishing internally NPD week wise delivery compliance & TAT for all export customers including resubmission, counting exact TAT, conversion rate, order volume ,value, drop projects etc. 5. To do feature wise pricing for projects received as this is required by every customer on an urgent basis. 6. To facilitate audit related documentation in line with strategy to have information in SAP. 7. To track Sales and orders w.r.t Budget. 8. Releasing sample sales order in SAP. 9. To make a cooperative statement for orders of dials & Hands enabling the Sales team to chase customers accordingly. 10. Coordination with the plant for dispatches /courier on the deadlines given by the customers, handling shipment issues, and tracking important shipments till delivery. 11. To support the CSM (Central Sales & Marketing) team for making New dials catalog. 12.
