Role Description Asian Media Group is seeking a full-time on-site Voice and Accent Trainer located in Kochi with experience in training individuals on pronunciation, grammar, and accent reduction. The Voice and Accent Trainer will work with teams to ensure effective communication with clients, and will continuously improve training modules, whilst keeping them up-to-date based on the latest industry practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Linguistics, English, or a related field 2+ years of experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Extensive knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, and accent reduction techniques Experience in developing and implementing effective training programs, and ability to customize them based on client requirements Good organizational and time-management skills, and ability to work independently or in a team setting as needed Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
