  • Critical customer facing role involving explaining parameters derived within the tool which contribute to User Experience.
  • Engaging with customer teams\customers presenting data results and follow up meetings.
  • Should be proactive in setting up customer unit meetings to provide updates.
  • Data Analysis and Exploration – Includes using statistical methods to test hypotheses, identify trends, and make predictions.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, application issues and work with the development team and SMEs to resolve issues faster. Create, track, drive problem and defects task to closure.
  • Identify possible points of failure in the infrastructure/applications and improve/resolve the identified vulnerability.
  • Creating Dashboards and Reports – Data analysts need to be able to create dashboards and reports that communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Critical Thinking – Should have ability to approach problems logically and make informed decisions based on the data. Further communicating with technical teams to curb issues.
  • Communication (Fluency in English) – Clearly conveying findings in both, written and orally, to non-technical stakeholders. This includes creating reports and presentations that gives insights from the data.
  • Teamwork – Collaborating with other teams, understanding their needs, and providing them with relevant data insights.
  • Creating proactive problem tickets and follow up to make sure they are solved by operation teams and ensuring closure.
  • Preparing Weekly\Monthly reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Preparing & planning final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement based on Workspace Analytics data analysis.
  • Monitor overall customer user experience status per customer environment.
  • Coming up with solutions to business problems using data-driven approaches.
  • Regularly monitor system performance metrics and provide regular reports to customer units.
  • Filter Data by reviewing performance indicators to identify probable issues in customer environment.
  • Using statistical filters to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets help in diagnosis.
  • Performing analysis to assess the quality of various indicators which contribute towards User Experience Index Score.
  • Internal reporting team meetings presenting data results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analytics.
