Location: Mumbai Role: Transaction Advisory Staff No. of Position: 1 Your work will include, but not be limited to: Assist for preparing the schedules required by financial due diligence team in United States. The candidate will be responsible for preparing various schedules in a format desired by the team in India and/or United States. Supervise engagements and assume full responsibility for international tax compliance. These schedules include: Income statement and balance sheet schedules using trial balances Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable aging schedules Cash testing schedule Practice management schedules Sales by customer, product etc. Other schedules as required by the team. Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree in Accounting, or related field, IPCC/PE II cleared and /or MBA Finance would be preferred. Two years+ post-qualification experience with demonstrated knowledge of working in a similar function Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Understanding of basic accounting principles (U.S. GAAP). Such skills are needed to map the trial balance accounts and potentially identify anomalies in trial balance accounts i.e. inconsistent accounting. Candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel Utility Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Outstanding time management and organization skills Effective at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks Superior attention to detail and conscientious quality of work product Think analytically to respond to complex inquiries Ability to work under minimal supervision Our difference.
