Our digital-first brand has grown rapidly in the last 18 months, with 2L+ coffee drinkers across the country, presence in 2000 retail stores and marquee investors and mentors like DSG Consumer Partners & Rukam Capital. This role is based out of our New Delhi office. About The Role Sleepy Owl is looking for a candidate who will be a part of the Sales & Marketing team and be a long term asset to the organization. It offers the opportunity to grow alongside the organization. This candidate will be responsible for the offline marketing for retail pan India and events to drive Brand Awareness, Perception and Loyalty. This will be an individual contribution role with an exciting opportunity to contribute in building one of the most exciting Young brands and drive exponential growth plans quarter-on-quarter. On ground Sales team will help in executing the marketing plans. Key Responsibilities Ensuring coherence in all elements defining the brand – name, logo, packaging etc. as per consumer needs Work with the trade marketing/sales to coordinate trade activities, in-store executions, on ecommerce/website to bring to life the brand in market and online. Engage with the sales & supply team to ensure delivery of fiscal goals. Work with Multi-functional teams (product, regulatory and license) to ensure timely execution of projects. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs). Develop project calendar and manage resources; manage stakeholders, both internal/external End-to-end project operations management – Packaging, NPD, Events/sponsorships Qualifications: Past experience in Brand Marketing/FMCG with an omnichannel brand will be preferred, 5-7 years Work Ex Driven by a strong desire to win and ‘making things happen’ Entrepreneurial, be unafraid to try new things, able to deal with ambiguity, and willing to take risks Extremely strong with execution and ability to own + drive (with cross-functional stakeholders) – Detail oriented, plan and materials produced must be meticulously executed; Strong ability in project management, prioritize while multitasking a number of high-priority assignments, excellent at cross functional schedule management and strong follow-through; Problem solving, must be able to critically and actively analyze situations, spot issues, and present viable solutions (can-do attitude is a MUST); Team player, flexible, patient, and able to work cross-functionally, managing and motivating stakeholders.
