Job description: Job Description :- Sales : as per assigned budget – Primary, Secondary, Tertiary- Collections : as per company commercial normsProductivity : – Team manpower productivity as per preset norms- In shop promoter’s productivity as per metro & non metro pre set slabs.- Town productivity/dealer productivity as per prescribed norms.Expansion :- Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage. – Ensure coverage and PJP adherence – To add dealers in existing towns and add more dealers in new towns as per classification.- Customer service with support of service team.- ISP recruitment, training, retraining to enhance productivity.- Display & merchandise – Competition information – Sales Forecasting/ scheme redistribution- Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly. – Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation.
