Job description: Global Visa Support (est. 2010) is an immigration and education consultancy with headquarters in London and offices in Canada, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, UAE, Egypt and Morocco. We specialise in immigration and study programmes in the UK, Canada, USA and New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager for the Global Visa Support office in New Delhi, India. We are looking for a passionate Telesales Manager to source, onboard and build/maintain relationships with channel partners & customers. Roles & Responsibilities: To motivate, guide, train & mentor sales team for delivery of their expected performance Create sales for education, immigration and work abroad programmes Build brand recognition for Global Visa Support in your market Communicate and build relationships with local education and recruitment agents on behalf of both companies with the aim to send both English Language students and university students Promote and host webinars and seminars to potential clients and partners Sourcing and on-boarding new channels, connectors etc and thus increasing sales Promote and Sell/ Cross Sell products and services using in depth product knowledge Requirements: Bachelor (or above) qualification 3+ years’ experience in the sales management field Strong knowledge of local economic and political situation Fluent in English Good communication skills Confident public speaker Ability to work independently Ability to multitask under pressure and meet targets Fluent with MS Office packages Knowledgeable of local market Great interpersonal skills Key KPIs: Achieve targets by net income Number of agency agreements Number of students/immigrants sent Benefits of role: Work independently Work from home/office (hybrid role) Salary + commission – high earning potential
