Tele calling Back Office Executive is typically responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to tele calling or tele-marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients. Handle incoming calls from potential leads or customers.
Provide information about products or services. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Sell company products to potential customers.
Generating leads and converting leads into customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and interactions.
Organize and manage databases of leads or contacts.
Generate reports on call activities, sales, and other relevant metrics.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns professionally.
Job Requirements:
Female Candidate preferred, with less than 30 years of age (unmarried).
Any Graduate. Experience in sales will be added advantage.
Minimum 1 year experience, Fresher’s are welcomed.
Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and colleagues.
Use proper phone etiquette and maintain a friendly and professional tone.
Clear and effective verbal communication. Good listening skills.
Familiarity with basic computer programs (e.g., MS Office).
Ability to organize and manage data efficiently. Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent service.
Ability to address customer concerns and solve problems effectively.
Location – Verna
Work Timing – 9am to 6pm
