Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Tele Caller/Sales Representative – Study Abroad. The representative will be responsible for calling potential students who are interested in studying abroad and sharing information on the services that Immigration Experts Delhi provides. The representative must also be capable of managing and closing sales with prospective clients. Responsibilities Verification of leads Tele calling Converting the leads as admissions Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/job aspirants Keep Accurate Records Of All Student Interactions And Update Our Database With Relevant Information Achieve Weekly And Monthly Targets For Number Of Calls Made And conversions of leads Participate In Training And Development Programs To Enhance Your Skills And Knowledge Of Our Educational Programs And Services Qualifications Excellent oral communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one other language is preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, client interaction, or customer service Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of study Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with prospective clients Meticulous with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets and deadlines Prior experience in the study abroad consultancy industry is a plus but not required
