Job description: Overview :We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales enthusiast to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with up to 2 years of experience in sales to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve maximum sales.- Identify new business opportunities and proactively seek out potential clients.- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales deals.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales revenue.- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.Skills Required :- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Requirements :- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Maximum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.- Demonstrated passion for sales and achieving results.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
