Job description: Summary You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader Reservations is responsible in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards. Qualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Reservation Associate or as Team Leader in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
