Job description: Company Description We suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Assistant located in Mandi. The Teaching Assistant will work with the Lead Teacher to support student learning and growth. Daily tasks will include tutoring individual and groups of students, grading assignments and assessments, and providing feedback to students and the Lead Teacher. The Teaching Assistant will also be responsible for helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field Demonstrated experience working with students who require additional support to succeed in their studies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians Experience with classroom management and developing instructional materials Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Ability to maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in a classroom setting Proficiency with technology used in educational settings, such as educational software and learning management systems
