Job description: – We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Writer to join our dynamic team and lead our content creation efforts. – As a Senior Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and compelling content while also overseeing a team of talented content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and other creative professionals.- Writing, Editing, and Proofreading : Produce high-quality, original, and error-free content across various channels, including blogs, articles, website copy, social media posts, emails, and more.- Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of content creators and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.- Cross-platform Content Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that spans multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity throughout.- Idea Generation : Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and generate fresh, creative ideas that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.- Editorial and Technical Support : Offer expert guidance and support in terms of content development, creative direction, and technical aspects to enhance the quality and impact of content.- Content Management : Oversee content distribution across various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels. Ensure timely and consistent content delivery.- Social Media Ideation and Strategy : Develop innovative and effective social media posts and calendars that align with the overall content strategy and brand voice.- External Agency Coordination : Collaborate with external agencies for blog creation and other content-related projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.- Blog Calendar Management : Maintain and manage the blog calendar, ensuring a steady flow of relevant and engaging content.- Cross-departmental Collaboration : Liaise with the marketing team and other departments/teams to understand content requirements, align with organizational goals, and deliver content that meets business objectives.Key Responsibility Areas : Objective : To create strategies, and engaging content for various channels, including social media, marketing mailers, blogs, and other content-related tasks, while driving brand awareness and audience engagement to achieve marketing objectives.
