Strategic HR Leadership:– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.– Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and initiatives that drive business success.– Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.1. HR Operations Management:– Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.– Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently applied across the organization.– Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing processes.2. Talent Acquisition and Management:– Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent to the organization, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.– Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention.3. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:– Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.– Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and impartial resolution.4. Compliance and Risk Management:– Monitor HR policies and practices to identify potential areas of risk and implement corrective actions as needed.– Stay up to date of changes in employment law and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.Qualifications:– Masters degree in human resource or business management.– 6-12 years of proven experience as an HR.– 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles with a focus on both strategic and operational HR functions.– Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
