Job description: Responsibilities – Responsible for achieving the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management Responsible for executing & performing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans as per business sales forecast. Creating Key Accounts and /or Win Customer Lists from different Sector in the region and start planning to convert it Coordinate and build positive relationships within different department/s of the Organization to deliver the Best Services as per the commitment given to the customer, in line with customer expectations. Develop and maintain a good network and healthy business relationships with Customers and System Integrators Develop New System Integrators in your region Report & MIS Preparation Active participation in different activities of Sales in the organization Job Requirements & Qualifications – BE or equivalent Diploma or MBA in Electronics / E & TC Minimum 4 to 8 years of Experience in Industrial Automation Sales in different Industry sectors mentioned above. Should have exposure to PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, and application-specific knowledge in different Industry sectors mentioned above would be an added advantage. Experience in handling Key Accounts and /or Accounts, Big End Users Competent to independently handle product demos and technical discussions for customers. Good Communication and presentation skills Sense of urgency, target-oriented, and dedicate Extra Hours if needed on assignments.
