Job description: Job Title : Sr. Manager/ Manager Design Location : Delhi Key Objective of the job : – We are seeking a Creative & Passionate Jewellery Designer to join our team. You will be designing and creating a wide variety of designs. To be successful in this position, you’ll have to be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to details. Key Responsibilities : Managing a team of 15-20 designers. Create Jewellery Design collection, inspired from latest Global Fashion Trends. Understand the Design Process in detail. Use various techniques to create 3D mock-ups & prototypes. Collaborate with team members to launch projects. Take on special design tasks. Use feedback from other designers to improve. Collaborate with peers to generate inspiring creative ideas to elevate brand experience. Evolve and elevate the aesthetic of the brand while keeping in the overall brand direction. Keep up-to-date on industry trends in fashion, luxury retail and technology. Key Skills & Qualifications : Industry experience in the Jewellery design field of 08-10 years. Time management and multitasking abilities. The ability to meet deadlines. Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude. A keen eye for details. Teamwork skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A full and fluent knowledge of current design tools and software like Corel, InDesign, Photoshop. Strong with Fine Jewellery Design techniques. Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts).
