Essential Skills Abilities The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and writing skills – Fluent in English Required Assist the customer via email, chat & phone & secure an outstanding Customer Experience in a multitasking environment: you need to both LOVE & WOW the customer every single time (special focus to New & Gold Customers) Be both Support & Sales (upsell, cross-sell) focused Open to Challenges. Experience in Design and Art welcome. High energy core skills: Drive, Enthusiasm, Persistence, Winning Mentality, Positivity. Persuasive approach with good communication skills, manners, and patience Comfortable to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) & 6 days a week (40 hours).
