Job Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our company. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Sr. Corporate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building our team and driving our hiring strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively interview and assess candidates
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual interviews
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to make hiring recommendations
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
