If you are a team player, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference, then we want to hear from you Roles & Responsibilities: Generate high-quality, creative, and visually appealing content for various platforms, including but not limited to: Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) Website/blog articles Product descriptions and reviews Email marketing campaigns Video content (tutorials, product demos, brand stories) Infographics, illustrations, and graphics Brand Voice Development: Develop and maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all content to ensure brand identity and messaging alignment. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Multi-brand Management: Create content for various brands within our portfolio, adapting your style and tone to suit each brand’s unique identity and target audience. User-Generated Content (UGC): Encourage and curate UGC from customers and followers to build community and trust. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content that aligns with brand objectives. Conducting public interviews for market understanding and creating hype in the market about the brand and its values. This Role Requires: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 4+ Years of proven experience as a content creator or similar role, with a portfolio of previous work. Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for wellness and self-care products is a plus.
