Job Purpose Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth for Credit Card Key Accountabilities # Lead a sales team of vendor executives who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards. Branch sales and Tele-Sales channel management. # Define and execute recruitment and training for entire sales team regularly. # Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team Job Duties & Responsibilities # Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets. # Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy. # Managing Productivity & Query handling. # Data management and MIS handling. # Local candidates with Credit Card or Retail Assets experience preferred. Required Experience Relevant experience in credit card sales with experience of handling third party vendors, digital marketing, branch sales / retail lending, customer relationship management Education / Preferred Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate Core Competencies Good communication skills Customer relationship experience Interpersonal skills Product knowledge Problem solving ability Technical Competencies MS Office Experience with CRM/POS preferred not necessary Work Relationship DBS is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and their opinions count.
