Job Description: As a special educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive a tailored and inclusive education. You will collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other specialists to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement effective strategies for student success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide specialized instruction and support based on individual student requirements.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify curriculum and teaching methods.
- Monitor and track student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, as needed.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in special education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Relevant certification in Special Education.
- Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and strategies to address them.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working with students with special needs is a plus.
