Software is a strategic growth area for Keysight, and our enterprise entitlement management system (KSM) plays a pivotal role by enabling software management and automated license delivery for all Keysight products. As a customer-facing enterprise system, KSM is instrumental in bringing new business models and products to market while delivering an industry-leading customer experience.
We are looking for a highly skilled technical leader who can lead NPI engineering, system compliance processes and software operations.
Job Qualifications
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
- 7+ years of software development experience preferably in leadership roles with proven history of delivering on time and high quality results
- Excellent coding skills (scripting languages) in a cross-platform environment, especially in Python/Perl/Shell/JavaScript.
- Advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, Mongo, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Jira tools
- Exceptional teamwork skills and effective at working with local and remote teams
- Experience with compliance processes and creating automation for process compliance tracking and enforcement
Desirable
- Knowledge of Software Licensing fundamentals
- Prior people management experience in a technology field
