Job description: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager with a specialized focus on YouTube to join our team Your role will be pivotal in creating and optimizing content for our YouTube channel and growing our presence on the platform Key Responsibilities YouTube Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with our brands goals and values. Content Creation : Create, edit, and optimize engaging Cyber Security video content, including tutorials, product demonstrations, interviews, and more. Channel Management : Manage and maintain our YouTube channel, including uploading Cyber Security videos, optimizing metadata, and organizing playlists. Audience Engagement : Interact with our YouTube audience through comments, live chats, and community posts, fostering a positive and engaged subscriber base. Video SEO : Implement best practices for video SEO to improve the discoverability of our Cyber Security content on YouTube. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for our YouTube channel, track video performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to enhance our YouTube strategy. Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels. Stay Current : Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep our channel competitive. Requirements Bachelors / Masters degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in Video/YouTube based marketing roles, with a track record of driving successful marketing strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM and social media. Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with marketing analytics tools. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
