If you are a team player, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference, then we want to hear from you Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our target audience. Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, and content to improve search engine visibility and user experience. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine crawling, indexing, and ranking. Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using SEO tools and platforms, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators. Handling multiple accounts together to cater their end to end SEO requirement Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content writers, web developers, and marketing managers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of industry trends. Implement and manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase inbound links. Stay informed about emerging SEO techniques and tools and recommend their implementation where applicable. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SEO team members, sharing best practices and helping them grow their skills. This Role Requires: Sound technical knowledge on site migration, in-depth actionable technical audit, rich snippet audit and optimization Experience in optimizing javascript-heavy websites Good experience in B2B eCommerce mainly Understanding of Programmatic/Edge SEO Ability to make code-related SEO recommendations Skills to improve our technical SEO performance and handle complex SEO issues Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Hands-on experience in doing both on-page and off-page. Technical changes, backlinking, content etc In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices. Strong analytical skills and experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to understand and diagnose technical SEO issues. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and creatively. Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving organic traffic and improving the online visibility of our websites.
