Job description: Position Summary with Job Responsibilities Business Analyst of Plant manufacturing shops. Budgeting, monitoring, cost variance analysis and contribution movement analysis. Preparation of MIS, analysis and exercising controls to be within Budget nos. Product costing, Material consumption analysis, certification and monitoring of Plant level initiatives such as VAVE, Make or Buy, yield improvement etc. Supporting Corporate in taking Pricing decisions on Vehicles and aggregates Inventory – valuation, analysis & reporting, PI verification, preparation of schedules and Audit. Warranty provisioning, accounting, analysis of adequacy testing and monitoring. Compliance of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, SOX Audit etc. Domain Knowledge (Skills Required): Financial accounting, budgeting and analytical skills Implementation of financial systems and controls Management of internal / external auditors Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Access and Advanced Excel skills Basics of in house ERP systems (SAP) Education CA Final Work Experience 3 years of experience Tata Motors Leadership Competencies Customer Centricity – Anticipating, understanding and focusing efforts on meeting the customer (stakeholders) needs or expectations Developing Self and Others – Recognizing continuous development is essential for success and taking steps to develop self and helping others to excel Driving Execution – Translating strategy into action and execution Leading by Example – Encouraging and following ethical standards Leading Change – Recognizing the need for change, initiating and adapting to change Motivating Self and Others – Inspiring teams and individuals Functional Competencies Tags
