For more details visit our website www.travfolksholidays.com Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive (Holiday Sales) at Travfolks Holidays located in Guwahati. The Senior Executive will be responsible for selling holiday packages, providing customer support, achieving sales targets and promoting the company’s products and services, handling customer queries and providing end-to-end assistance, cultivating and nurturing business relationships with existing clients and resolving complaints, feedback, and suggestions. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to build rapport with customers Proven experience in sales – preferably in the travel and tourism industry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Minimum educational qualification should be Graduate, Diploma/PG Diploma/MBA in Travel & Tourism Management or equivalent Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Experience in online marketing and social media is a plus Experience in airline ticketing and knowledge of CRS system such as Galileo/Amadeus is an advantage.
