Internet service provider in North Goa is looking for Sales Support & Business Development, with good communication skills, spoken & written English essential.
Job Responsibilities
Sales support: Creation of estimates, sending of estimates, answering sales enquiries & questions, supplying all relevant information.
Follow-up sales calls & follow-up for social media reviews.
New customer on-boarding o Customer service support & feedback.
Promotion of products & services.
Customer billing & tax invoices.
Recovering & reducing all accounts receivables for new customer installations, additional charges & Internet plans.
Revenue development of service offerings
Development of promotional activities.
Maintaining & data inputting into critical Excel spreadsheets & Desk era.
Sales support & support for Head of Sales & Head of Marketing & Business Development.
KPI’s, reporting, adhering to SLAs.
Developmental project delivery as per requirements of the business.
Job Requirements
A high school degree and an associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Previous experience in sales, support or related field.
Excellent communication skills with written English.
Smart and confident.
Should able to work under pressure.
Great presentation skills.
Working Hours: 8.45 am – closing (or equivalent based on achieving objectives) Monday – Saturday. Rotational Sunday shift with an alternative paid day off.
